Pavilion Bar Upgrade

Pavilion Bar Upgrade

Though more of a practical upgrade project than a preservation project, we are nonetheless very excited for our new bar. The original Ossipoff designed bar in the downstairs pavilion is still often used for programs and events. After many years of activity, it became apparent that an additional bar height counter behind the original bar would be helpful. And better yet, a set of small beverage refrigerators under the counter would make bartending even easier for our volunteer bartending team.

Designer Mark Enomoto volunteered to design and build a custom counter that would fit over the refrigerators and could easily be moved on casters for cleaning. He created the perfect complement to the original bar and found color inspiration in the pavilion ceiling joists. Thank you, Mark, for all of your work on this wonderful project!

Fa-bu-lous! A True tropical gem that awakens all the senses! Thank you for opening it to us.
