Yoga Workshop featuring Naomi Iwabuchi
 
Join us for an afternoon of yoga bliss and refreshments on the lawn of Liljestrand House. Bring your own mat and be prepared to slow down,  release and relax. This class is open to all ability levels. Come ready to move and flow!
 
About the instructor: Naomi became a certified yoga instructor in 2012 and teaches vinyasa and restorative classes at Yoga Room. Naomi believes yoga is an essential antidote to the busyness of life. Creating an in-the-moment experience where unnecessary distraction fades away is the goal of her teaching. 

So incredibly refreshing to see a residence unmolested by unsympathetic ownership. The personal touches, stories and tales from the last 67 years provide an amazing tapestry from which we can appreciate this architectural masterpiece. May the preservation of this house inspire not only its’ preservation but also that of other modernist examples in Hawai`i. Thank you.
