Existing Condition Analysis

The Foundation recently completed an Existing Condition Analysis of the house. The project was made possible thanks to a matching grant from the Sam and Mary Cooke Preservation Fund via the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Historic Hawaii Foundation. The Analysis, which was created by Glenn Mason of Mason Architects, provides a comprehensive road map of preservation work, priorities, recommended timelines and estimated costs. The estimated costs were compiled by J. Uno & Associates. This document is a critical piece of our work to preserve the house and will guide us in the years to come.
