Plumbing Project Phase 2

The last phase of our lengthy plumbing project has been completed!  All of the original water lines in the attic were capped and new lines installed through the joists of the downstairs pavilion ceiling.  Some of the water lines were found to be embedded in the concrete block walls of the pavilion bathroom making demolition of a portion of the wall necessary to access the lines.  While we’re still in the process of repairing the masonry, we’re grateful to no longer worry about the many pinhole leaks in the original water lines running above the ceiling in the bedroom wing of the house.

This project was made possible in part through the generosity of an anonymous donor.

Photos below are of the original water lines in the attic, the new water lines through the pavilion joists and the masonry demo.

I have never felt such a feeling of ‘awe’ when touring a home…
Absolutely fantastic.
Keep up your work.
